We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may return or exchange items purchased from Sapuva.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

⚠️ Used, damaged, or washed products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bed sheets or linens that have been opened or used

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items purchased on clearance or during final sales


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@sapuva.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided

📦 Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos showing the issue

  • We will either offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • We will notify you by email once the refund is processed

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want to replace your item with another, please:

  • Return the original item

  • Place a new order separately


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return.
